- 1 Only currently effective circulars are compiled.
- 2 Circulars issued for specific occasions, such as religious festivals, are excluded.
- 3 Circulars issued specifically for a particular bank, such as exemptions from the Bank Company Act, 1991, are excluded.
- 4 Circulars issued specifically for money changers are excluded.
- 5 Circulars providing exemptions from the provisions of the Bank Company Act, 1991 (amended up to 2023), for a specific bank are excluded.
